We're targeting 15 new hires across Customer Support, Virtual Assistance, and Marketing departments this quarter. Please prioritize referrals and sourcing efforts for these roles. Bonus payouts have been increased to $750 for executive-level roles.
The platform will undergo scheduled maintenance on March 20th from 11 PM - 2 AM EST. During this time, the careers page and application submissions will be temporarily unavailable. All submitted applications will be queued and processed once maintenance is complete.
Starting April 1st, all virtual staff must be available during core hours (10 AM - 2 PM EST) for team syncs and client calls. Outside core hours, flexible scheduling applies. Updated policy document is available in the Documents section.
